You will be required to provide 5 (five) general references for clothing, persona, unique items/affinity. The more information you provide, the more streamlined the process will be.Please do not provide more than 5 references--as it may make it difficult to develop the concept.Design Stage
From your references, 3 (three) concept designs will be created. You are free to mix and match and edit features of the designs to your liking.If none of them are to your liking, you are allowed a single full revision at this point and re-send me a new list of references. The Design Stage will be repeated, inclusive of 3 new concept designs.Any major changes after the 2nd (second) round of concept designs will incur additional fees.Finalizing Stage
Once feedback has been provided, I will finalize your persona into a simple character reference sheet.Should you require any design changes during this stage, additional fees will be incurred.

Why does it take so long?
In order to ensure I create a design that matches your vision, there will be a lot of discussion between the two of us in regards to the details. Depending on each of our schedules and/or time zone differences, it could take some time even confirming simple details.Who owns the design?
All designs created during this process will be owned by me and I must be credited as the designer, but your are given the exclusive rights to use the final design and operate as a VTuber (streaming), create derivative art (commissions), and create merchandise based on the character.
These rights can be revoked if you break TOS. You can feel free to ask me if it's confusing to you!

I. General Terms
✧ You must always credit me.✧ Do not edit, trace, copy or resell your commission.✧ All commissions are for non-commercial use unless otherwise negotiated or a commercial fee has been paid. See Section 6 (VI) for more details.✧ Any commissions that are private or are not to be publicized will require a Non-Disclosure Fee. Please inquire further at the time of your commission, else you forfeit the right to your commission's privacy.✧ I reserve the right to decline your commission.✧ Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission may be cancelled if it occurs.

II. Payment, Refunds, & Cancellations
✧ Commissions will be processed based upon payment clearance. You will not be added to the queue until payment has been made.✧ Payment is due in full once you receive my invoice.✧ Rush orders are available upon request and will cost 2x the price of the commission. Please note that it will still take time to complete your order--a rush order means you are moved to the top of the queue subject to any other rush orders and will be completed ASAP.✧ Refunds will only be issued if the commission has not been started (nothing has been sketched).✧ If you are on a waitlist, you are free to cancel your slot at any time.✧ If you file a chargeback against me, any rights to the work you commissioned from me will be revoked. You will also be publicly blacklisted to caution other artists. I am always open to discuss any disagreements privately, so please let this be the last thing you consider to do.

III. Process
**✧ Sketch Phase ✧ **✧ A sketch will be provided based on the references you have provided.
✧ Please provide references as clear and concise as possible to reduce the amount of guesswork required.
✧ Changes at this stage are allowed.**✧ Lining Phase ✧ **✧ After the sketch is approved by the client, the line work will be completed as sketched with minor corrections and adjustments as necessary for composition.
✧ Flat coloring will also be added.
✧ Minimal adjustments are allowed, but any significant re-drawing of areas will incur fees.
✧ Examples of "significant re-draw" include: different expression, different hairstyle, different posing of any part of the character, etc.**✧ Shading & Finalizing ✧ **✧ No further approvals asked from the client.
✧ No further changes will be available without significant additional costs, unless otherwise stated.
✧ Client will be provided with a finalized .png and/or .gif file in its original resolution.
✧ Additional file formats can be made available upon request, such as transparent image without a background, etc.

IV. Copyright & Usage
✧ I, the artist, hold every right to the final product, not the commissioner.✧ Therefore, as the artist, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: ✧✧ Promote myself in any place or site.✧ Publish and print commercial content.✧ Display it in any setting.✧ Post it on any platform.✧ The commissioner is allowed the following: ✧✧ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise negotiated or a commercial fee has been paid.✧ Print the art for personal use and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.✧ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.!! V. Copyright Infringement
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every and any right you have to the commission will be revoked.✧ The following is considered copyright infringement: ✧✧ Reproducing/using the copyrighted final product commercially. This means that profit will be generated in some way for you by re-distributing the final product (eg. printing it on merchandise such as stickers, mugs, t-shirts, etc.).✧ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.✧ Removing any watermarks/signatures.✧ Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
